Meet the SR Board!

Arian Trieb (Marketing and Events Coordinator), Jessica Woitalla (IBA Coordinator), Sander Wijnen (Chairman), Nine van Donkersgoed (BA Coordinator), Florian Dohmen (Secretary & Treasurer), Jonas Kaiser (Programme Advisory).

Sander Wijnen

– Chairman –

My name is Sander Wijnen and I am the chairman of the board of 2018-2019. During the first year of my bachelor I became a Student Representative and since then I got to know SR from different perspectives, by being part of the Events Committee and later on organizing and presenting the Professor Awards. If you ever have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact me. I am looking forward to making SR and all our members thrive this year!

Florian Dohmen

– Secretary & Treasurer –

My name is Florian Dohmen and I am SR’s Secretary and Treasurer for the academic year of 2018/2019. I am 20 years old come from Austria. In my IBA freshman year, I got to know this organisation as a Student Representative. Seeing the effect we can make gave me the motivation to take on responsibility and to apply for this board position. In my position, I am mainly tasked with internal duties. These include Internal communication and administration in my position as secretary and the annual report and budget in my position as treasurer. On a personal level, I love to watch and play sports, read and go out for a drink with friends. I am looking forward to this year and hope to be able to make a positive impact for SR and RSM!

Jessica Woitalla

– IBA Coordinator –

I am Jessica Woitalla, a second- year IBA student, who will be the 2018-2019 IBA- and minor coordinator on the SR Board. I am very passionate about the continued improvement of our education and giving the student body a voice. During my first year at RSM, I had the opportunity to understand the interworking of the university by representing the first-year class as a student represented and by being a student member of the RSM BSc Programme Committee. I know these experiences will aid in my ability to support the further development of SR and the IBA programme. I look forward to my role on the board in helping foster student representatives as well as representing the student body on the Programme Committee and RSM Faculty Council of this academic year. If you ever have thoughts and idea on the directions of SR or the IBA programme please do not hesitate to contact me.

Nine van Donkersgoed

– BA Coordinator –

Hi, I am Nine van Donkersgoed, member of the SR board 2018-2019 as BA coordinator. I am currently a second year Business Administration student at RSM. Last year I have committed myself to SR by being a representative, and now it is time for a new challenge. As BA coordinator and Minor coordinator (together with Jessica Woitalla, the IBA coordinator), I will work hard to achieve perceived improvement for students and staff at RSM. Another goal I want to accomplish is enhancing the SR community, so we can together commit ourselves to great cooperation, now and in the future.

Jonas Kaiser

– Programme Advisory –

My name is Jonas Kaiser and I’m a second year IBA student. I am Programme Advisory Coordinator and therefore in the SR board of 2018/19. Programme Advisory aims to improve the quality of the IBA and BA programmes by focussing on overarching issues above single course levels. As coordinator of this committee I will set the main directions and topics as well as make sure that quality reports are produced for the betterment of (I)BA. I already have experience in this as I’ve been part of the committee last academic year. Additionally, I’ll be member of the faculty council, ambassador for RSM and teaching assistant. I love to play and watch football (the German in me) and always enjoy a good cold beer.

Arian Trieb

– Marketing & Events Coordinator –

I am Arian Trieb, studying IBA and like the majority of the Board a second-year student. As the Coordinator of Marketing and Events I am in charge of the Student Representation’s publicity and all its internal + external events. It is my duty to convey our message – to improve education –, our goals and achievements to the students, staff and other members of the university. With the other Board members, I am striving to create a sense of belonging to SR for all its volunteers. I will do so by coordinating the organization of events such as the annual summer barbeque, the SR Trip, Professor Awards and many more. This year, I would like to introduce SR on the campus-app ‘Uni-Life’ to make our foundation eco-friendlier and help it adapting to its digitalizing environment.
