RSM Student Representation

- SR BBQ-

Last Tuesday, the 4th of June, SR came together for the annual BBQ. It was a great reminder of how in SR, it's not just colleagues working together, but actual friends who have had amazing memories in the last year, including this one.

We hope to see many familiar faces in the next year joining us again, but also, of course, new volunteers;) Thank you all for this amazing year!

RSM Student Representation

- Professor Awards 2019 -

Last Thursday, on the 9th of May, it was time to give back to the professors during the annual Professor Awards ceremony. After an inspirational speech given by RSM’s Dean Steef van den Velde, Ewing Amadi Salumu took the stage and showcased the importance of the work done by his organization: the Foundation for Refugee Students (UAF - Stichting voor Vluchteling Studenten). We are thrilled to announce that SR will be supporting this initiative by donating €1500 collected through Second Reader and generous contributions.

Then it was time for the name-giving part of the ceremony - the Professor Awards. Congratulations to all nominees and winners and a big thank you also to all other professors who sacrifice their time to provide us with an outstanding education.

This year we had the opportunity to congratulate the following winners:
BA1: Arnoud Kuijpers (Foundations of Finance and Accounting)
IBA1: Dr. Mirko Benischke (International Business)
BA2: Dr. Christophe Lembregts (Marketing Management)
IBA2: Florian Madertoner (Corporate Finance)
BA3: Dr. Tobias Brandt (Business Information Management)
IBA3: Dr. Helen Gubby (Business Law)
Supporting Staff: Student Advisers

Lastly, the Foundations of Finance and Accounting course was awarded the title of "most innovative course“ - a new addition to the ceremony.

Thank you to everyone for coming and making this an unforgettable evening. See you next year!
