SR is recruiting again! We are looking for enthusiastic students from all years, both BA (Bedrijfskunde) and IBA, to join the Student Representation. Are you interested in being part of SR? Find out more about the different positions of SR and how to apply below.

The Deadline for BA students has been extended for those who want to apply to being a BA student representative. The new deadline is Monday, the 16th of September at 23:59

You want to know even more? Come to our recruitment drinks and talk with the Board Members about the different committees and positions! The drinks will take place in De Smitse on these dates:

September 6, 16-18h

September 10, 16-18h

Feel free to send us an email (info@rsmsr.nl) or drop by our office (T5-54) if you have any further questions!

As a Student Representative, you will be responsible for representing one course per trimester, together with a fellow representative. This means you will be the voice of your year. You will collect feedback from students, have meetings with the professor and programme management, and write two reports based on the feedback and meetings.

A Student Representative is typically organized, social, has great communication skills and shows dedication.

If you’re a BA (Bedrijfskunde) student and you only apply for the position of Student Representative, you can choose whether you write your application in Dutch or English

As part of the Programme Advisory committee, you will look at how to facilitate continuous improvement for the general processes and education at RSM, which are above single-course level. You will collect feedback through surveys and focus groups with students, and work out proposals for programme management about the issues you want to improve. Examples could be exam organisation, student stress, or additional trainings for professors.

A member of the Programme Advisory committee is typically enthusiastic, dedicated, passionate about their work, communicative, and creative.

As a member of the Marketing committee, you take care of all marketing-related activities of SR. You will come up with ways to increase SR awareness, as well as creating promotional plans for SR events. You will work closely together with the Events committee.

Members of the Marketing committee are typically creative and flexible. Photoshop (or editing in general) skills are beneficial, but not mandatory.

The Events committee will organize social events for the SR family. Examples of these events are the SR Birthday and Drinks with your Professor, but you are also encouraged to come up with creative ideas for events yourself.

Members of the events are typically creative, open-minded and flexible. These people bring the SR family together!

As a member of the SR Trip Committee, you will organize a legendary weekend trip to a destination in Europe for all SR members. Previous destinations include Berlin, Prague and Lille. With your committee you will be responsible for organizing everything, from transport and accommodation to activities and dinner. The goal is to create an unforgettable trip to thank your fellow SR members for their hard work throughout the year.

SR Trip Committee members are typically social, pragmatic, confident, creative, and have great organizational skills.

The Professor Awards committee is in charge of the biggest SR event of the year! You will work in a small team throughout the year to prepare the event, think creatively about what the event should look like, and make sure that students can vote for their favourite professor. As the event approaches, members of the Marketing & Events committee will join the team to help with the final preparations.

A Professor Awards committee member typically has strong organizational skills as well as communication skills, is creative, reliable, accurate and dedicated to the project.
