As part of one of the Programme Advisory committees, you will contribute to continuous improvement for general processes and education at RSM, which transcends course level. You will collect feedback through surveys and focus groups, and work out proposals on issues the student body wants to be improved. These proposals will be sent to Programme Management and/or other stakeholders and can discuss issues such as students’ mental health, exam organisation, or additional training for professors.
Programme Advisory exists of three committees: Examinations, Internship & Exchange, and Programme Development. Each focuses on a certain specific area that affects students; whether it be the overall examination situation at RSM, students’ experience during their internship or exchange, or the general educational environment at RSM.
You will be applying for Programme Advisory as a whole and in the interview process, you can indicate your preference for a specific committee. A member of a Programme Advisory committee is typically well-organised, critical, comfortable with excel, communicative, creative, passionate about their work and shows dedication.
